A decade building better wear plate.
HISAN is a Tianjin-based manufacturer of chromium carbide overlay wear solutions. We've spent ten years refining one thing: how to deposit a consistent, dense, crack-controlled CCO layer onto a steel base, at industrial scale, and ship it anywhere in the world that needs it.
In 2025 we opened our Australian operations in Perth — because the Pilbara, the Hunter and the Bowen Basin are some of the most demanding wear environments on Earth, and we want to serve them directly.

Specialising in CCO overlay welding consumables for the Chinese market.
2017
First overseas exports
Wear plate exports to Southeast Asia and Africa begin.
2020
ASTM G65 in-house lab
Dedicated wear-testing capability installed for product validation.
2022
11,000 m² facility commissioned
Modern Tianjin production base with 8-torch overlay line.
2024
European certification
CE marking achieved; expansion into European mining markets.
2025
HISAN Australia opens
Perth, WA operations established to serve AU mining directly.
